Ceramic coating is applied only after full decontamination and any required paint correction. Paint that has not been corrected will seal defects in place.

Apex was started by a former car restoration specialist who spent a decade rebuilding and refinishing classic and exotic vehicles before pivoting to precision mobile detailing.
The difference shows in how work gets evaluated — not by how fast a car leaves, but by how it looks under correct lighting. Every correction job includes a pre-work paint thickness measurement and a post-correction reading. Numbers don't lie.
The client list skews toward people who already know what a paint defect looks like. This isn't the right service for everyone — and that's intentional.

How a detail goes.
Vehicle Intake
Paint thickness measurement, defect mapping, and condition documentation. You receive a written summary before any work begins.
Decontamination
Two-bucket wash, iron fallout treatment, clay bar decontamination. Paint is chemically and mechanically clean before any abrasive contact.
Paint Correction
Machine polishing in cycles — cut, refine, finish. Progress is checked under LED inspection lighting after each stage. Work stops when the paint is right.
Coating Application
Panel-by-panel ceramic application in a controlled environment. Flash times are respected. No shortcuts on cure windows.
Inspection & Hand-Off
Final inspection under inspection lighting. Post-correction paint thickness on record. Care instructions and warranty documentation provided at pickup.
